100 In The Hands+H Of H+Jahcoozi+Interpol

The Hundred In The Hands play next week in Brooklyn, i’m really looking forward to hear how this girls vocals translate live, this song is soo sugary and a perfect blend of electronic and rock, almost up there with School Of Seven Bells but without the sonic guitar work and twin vocal love.

House Of House was a big summer DJ duo last year here in Brooklyn, I hope they kick up some dirt this year and maybe even dish out a few more tracks like this, I always love the long edits.

A pleasant surprise signing for the B-Pitch label, Jahcoozi sometimes ride on that Bug LP tip that we all loved, liking this track Msoto Millions because of its hypnotic elements and that bit of wobble.

New Interpol FREE download, takes awhile to get to the meat and potatoes but once its going you remember why you loved Interpol in the first place.

This is a nice selection of tracks. The ‘Jahcoozi’ track is interesting. Not really my style, but it’s definitely a song that feels different from other stuff I’m hearing. Oddly enough, it fits in here.

The ‘Hundred In The Hands’ & ‘House of House’ tracks are great too. Going to be revisiting these for sure.

The image caption is a nice touch.

As always, thanks for the selection.

Jachoozi track is sick, thanks for posting it. Reminds me of Clark + The Bug maybe

I’m also really liking Sleepwalkers, has a nice vintage feel.

I was a big Interpol fan in high school, I never understood the hate for their latest album, I think they’ve progressed their sound to something really unique. The new track sounds killer, high hopes for the new album(?)

I just wanna know what the story behind those images is!

Interpol’s songs used to have parts. I feel like the new song is just one long build-up to nothing. But it’s only one song, and I’ll wait to see what else comes out.

Haven’t heard Hundred in the Hands. Good to know they’ll be taken care of by Warp. Look forward to going home and getting that EP.
