I’ve always wanted a proper Kate Bush playlist for the ISO50 readers but i’ve never been able to completely take in the whole catalog, so I asked my girlfriend since she’s a true lover of Kate and her music, so please thank her for this gorgeous playlist.

I grew up listening to Kate Bush; but I did not understand fully her grace and power until I saw her eyes blink in the video for army dreamers. Above is a playlist of some of my favorite songs.

Hell yeah, Kate Bush! Just missing this one > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qKgbSXRktQA
@Leon: agreed 🙂
Kate Bush is probably the greatest female song writer of the last 30 years.

Thanks for compiling this; there’s some beautiful tracks on here I hadn’t heard! Time to start working through her discography I suppose.
No ‘Running Up That Hill’…. it’s madness….
I vaguely remembered her weird feather like image of her on a vinyl cover when I was around 12 and her high pitch voice singing out of tune from some adults vinyl player. Only when I grew older and discovered Tori Amos which some of her reviews did mention Kate Bush alike. I only start listening to couple of Kate Bush music when her recently design cover album where using graphic music amplifier as a landscape (Aerial). That graphic just blew my mind. Thanks Amber for the compilation of her wonderful talent.
I’ve been a fan of Kates since The Kick inside (yes I’m that old). I love how she can fall completely of everyone’s radar for years, then come back with new material like she’d never been away. Probably the album that I most connect with is The Red Shoes. A very passionate and emotional addition to her discography.
Thanks for putting this together. I’m suddenly 14 again.
Love this!
Very nice. Kate is difficult to beat. Except for her new “remix” thing. That makes me die inside a little.
Love your choice of songs
Thanks for putting this together, Kate Bush really is hard to beat.
Even named my design studio after one of her album sides…9thwave:-)
