Peche-peche is a Filipino dessert made from gluintous rice flour, pirurutung which is purple rice, coconut (yes you saw that correctly!) and sugar. The purple color is crazy. I’ve been experimenting with gluintous rice flour for sesame balls. Peche-peche is on my list. I took that photo at Uwajimaya. There’s always something interesting there.
