i love the design, colors and font, but i dont know if i love it for $1000.

yeah, that’s a bit steep for an offset poster. But I suppose if you’re a collector it may be a good investment?

  3. I wish big companies still commissioned posters like this. It would be so great to get paid well to design posters.

Nitsche is da muth-effn bomb. That’s all I have to say about that.

Gotta remember that name. His pieces are really timeless – amazing, I thought he was a contemporary artist (I saved the cover for General Dyanmic’s 1959 Annual Report when you posted it, but forgot it was from 1959).

I especially love his General Dynamics and Classical album designs.

  7. Lovely poster, this is up my alley. Dig it.

Thanks for the links guys. I enjoy more of is lab aesthetic stuff, if that even is a applicable term. Does anyone have any other references to this kind of design. Minimal, primarily white, light greys, slightly worn and labby.

Been trying to work on stuff like this for a while.

why have I never seen/heard of this guy? …living under a rock apparently.

I really like all of his stuff, especially this one and his other GD stuff.

I’ve never heard of him either though I feel like I’ve probably seen a lot of his work and never would have realized it was the same designer. He has quite a range.

My brother in law works at General Atomics. I should see if he knows anyone there who might want to commission some nice posters. Maybe Scott can do one to promote the Predator drone. 😛

Hello Scott, where and how did you organize the “PLAYLIST” on yours site? I want to add one on my site. Thank you.

Love these vibrant yet muted graphics. Lovely play on a higher aspect of life. Are we living in a strange loop?
