    wow, i thought there would be at least some comments on this. i tried to find more work by this man, only to find an article he penned about setting fees(and not a bad one at that).

    this is the kind of stuff that i hope to come across when i’m out at thrift shops image mining or looking for inspirational stuff. this sort of style reminds me a bit of alexander girard stuff…interesting to see how this sort of graphic art has come full circle with many of today’s current trend setters (steven harrington, cody hudson, damien correll etc).

    I ended up here because I was trying to find info on Hans online (he’s my grandad 🙂
    He’s teaching at Sheridan College now and there’s an email for him there. He might be able to direct you to more work done by him. The ones I know of off the top of my head are TD, Air Canada, Bank of Montreal (I think), Toronto Zoo. There are so many more I’m sure.

    I believe he also did the cover of the Canadian Centennial book. 100 maple leaves.
