I lay around in this in Copenhagen one rainy afternoon. (Vitra Museum i think?) It was great fun trying out different lounging positions, really blissful and quite difficult to leave. Quite easy to imagine ones self in the middle of some stoned out party scene.. + surrounded by a gaggle of hot scandi ladies.. The mind did indeed wander.
I was in that thing at the Summer of Love exhibit at the Whitney in NYC earlier this year. It was really cool…except for the fact that it smelled like a humongous smelly sock! (They made you remove your shoes before entering) Great exhibit, though.
Yes, I could see how cleaning would be an issue. A lot of spot cleaning.
